I was in Las Vegas for a Trade Show for the company I owned at the time. And, yeah, that's right, I had never gambled before. And if you think I went down there unprepared, you don't know me very well. I played computer blackjack for at least an hour a night for two weeks prior. And I read 4 books on casino gambling and blackjack strategy. I even made a little card that told me when to hit, stand, double, etc.

It paid off. We played for about 15 hours over 4 days and I ended up $60 ahead.
