Most of this year's route follows the Natchez Trace Parkway.
We start in Nashville, TN and pedal south towards Natchez, MS.,
ending the trip in Baton Rouge, LA. Over 500 miles!
The historic, 444-mile highway linking Natchez and Nashville
began as a trail traveled by Indians and wild animals about 8000 years
ago. Later it was used by Spanish explorers, British troops, and
settlers of the southern frontier.
Today, the Natchez Trace Parkway
is a scenic byway and one of the
nation's most unique national parks.
